BermudAir is expanding its winter schedule to Anguilla with a broader network that combines a new Canadian gateway with additional services from key U.S. markets, further strengthening air access to one of the Caribbean’s premium leisure destinations.
The airline’s AnguillAir brand will introduce new seasonal flights from Toronto while increasing frequencies from Boston, Newark, Baltimore-Washington and Tampa/St. Petersburg during the 2026-2027 winter season. The expansion follows AnguillAir’s inaugural season and marks another step in BermudAir’s strategy of building a wider multi-island Caribbean network.
Toronto joins Anguilla’s winter network
The most significant addition to the schedule is a new weekly Saturday service linking Toronto Pearson International Airport with Anguilla via Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands.
The route will begin on 19 December 2026 and operate through 1 May 2027. Southbound flights are scheduled to depart Toronto at 10:30 a.m. and arrive in Anguilla at 6:05 p.m., while northbound services will arrive back in Toronto at 3 p.m.
The new service gives Anguilla direct access to an additional North American source market during the peak winter travel season, complementing the island’s existing U.S. network.
More frequencies from the United States
Alongside the new Canadian gateway, BermudAir is increasing capacity across several established U.S. markets from mid-December.
The updated schedule includes twice-weekly nonstop services from both Boston and Newark on Mondays and Fridays, with Newark also receiving a Saturday direct service via Providenciales.
Baltimore-Washington will continue with weekly nonstop Monday flights while adding a Thursday direct service. Meanwhile, Tampa/St. Petersburg joins the winter programme with twice-weekly flights via Providenciales on Thursdays and Saturdays.
All services will be operated using Embraer E190 aircraft configured in a two-class cabin without middle seats.
Rather than introducing a large number of entirely new destinations, the winter programme focuses on reinforcing existing markets while selectively adding new access points where demand is expected to support seasonal operations.
Supporting Anguilla’s tourism connectivity
Anguilla’s government sees the expanded schedule as an opportunity to strengthen both regional and international accessibility.
José Vanterpool, Anguilla’s Minister of Infrastructure, said the expansion reinforces connectivity, improves access to the island and strengthens links between the British Overseas Territories.
Cardigan Connor, Minister of Health, Tourism and Sport, said the additional flights from North America will make it easier for visitors from the island’s primary tourism markets to reach Anguilla while creating additional opportunities for local tourism businesses.
For BermudAir, the expansion also reflects confidence in its growing Caribbean operation.
Founder and CEO Adam Scott said the carrier continues to position itself as a premium leisure airline connecting North American travellers with sought-after island destinations across the region.
Building on AnguillAir’s first season
The expanded winter schedule builds on AnguillAir’s inaugural season, which launched in late 2025 as BermudAir’s first operation beyond Bermuda. The sub-brand was created to serve Anguilla while supporting the airline’s broader strategy of expanding into underserved leisure markets across the Caribbean using seasonal capacity.
With Toronto joining the network and additional frequencies scheduled across several established U.S. gateways, BermudAir is entering the 2026-2027 winter season with a larger footprint in Anguilla, providing travellers with more routing options while further expanding its Caribbean network.
