Derri\u00e8re cette apparente stabilit\u00e9 se cache toutefois un d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre structurel qui continue de fa\u00e7onner le mod\u00e8le logistique du territoire : une d\u00e9pendance forte et durable aux importations. <\/p>\n\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 un recul de 5,31 % par rapport \u00e0 2024, cette baisse reste essentiellement conjoncturelle. Elle s\u2019explique par un retour \u00e0 des niveaux plus normaux apr\u00e8s une ann\u00e9e exceptionnelle marqu\u00e9e par des volumes \u00e9lev\u00e9s d\u2019importations \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques, plut\u00f4t que par un affaiblissement de l\u2019activit\u00e9 portuaire. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Une performance stable malgr\u00e9 une baisse apparente<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>\u00c0 premi\u00e8re lecture, la contraction des tonnages pourrait sugg\u00e9rer un ralentissement. Mais l\u2019analyse d\u00e9taill\u00e9e nuance ce constat. La baisse est principalement li\u00e9e \u00e0 une diminution d\u2019environ 50 000 tonnes de produits p\u00e9troliers import\u00e9s, dont les volumes avaient atteint un niveau particuli\u00e8rement \u00e9lev\u00e9 l\u2019ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente.  <\/p>\n\n<p>En dehors de cet ajustement li\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9nergie, la plupart des segments affichent une stabilit\u00e9 relative. Le port maintient ainsi un niveau d\u2019activit\u00e9 soutenu, confirmant son r\u00f4le central comme plateforme logistique du territoire. <\/p>\n\n<p>L\u2019ann\u00e9e 2025 appara\u00eet donc moins comme un recul que comme une phase de stabilisation apr\u00e8s un pic exceptionnel.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Un mod\u00e8le domin\u00e9 par les importations, avec des exportations limit\u00e9es<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>L\u2019analyse des flux commerciaux met en \u00e9vidence un d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre marqu\u00e9 : <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>859 676 tonnes d\u2019importations<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>101 688 tonnes d\u2019exportations<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Cet \u00e9cart illustre un syst\u00e8me logistique largement orient\u00e9 vers les flux entrants. Le port joue avant tout un r\u00f4le de plateforme d\u2019approvisionnement, reflet de la structure \u00e9conomique de la Guyane, o\u00f9 les capacit\u00e9s de production locale et d\u2019exportation restent limit\u00e9es. <\/p>\n\n<p>Ce type d\u2019asym\u00e9trie est fr\u00e9quent dans les territoires insulaires ou enclav\u00e9s, mais il renforce la d\u00e9pendance du port aux cha\u00eenes d\u2019approvisionnement internationales et aux dynamiques du transport maritime mondial.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Les flux \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques, facteur cl\u00e9 de volatilit\u00e9<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>La baisse significative du trafic de vrac liquide (-15,55 %), essentiellement compos\u00e9 de produits p\u00e9troliers, souligne la sensibilit\u00e9 du port aux importations \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques.<\/p>\n\n<p>Cette cat\u00e9gorie repr\u00e9sente une part importante des volumes globaux. Les variations de la demande ou de l\u2019approvisionnement en carburants se traduisent donc directement par des fluctuations de l\u2019activit\u00e9 portuaire. En 2025, cette d\u00e9pendance a contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 la baisse observ\u00e9e des tonnages. <\/p>\n\n<p>Ces donn\u00e9es mettent en \u00e9vidence une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 structurelle : les flux \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques constituent \u00e0 la fois un pilier de l\u2019activit\u00e9 portuaire et une source de volatilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Le conteneur, pilier de stabilit\u00e9 du syst\u00e8me<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>\u00c0 l\u2019inverse des vracs, le trafic conteneuris\u00e9 continue d\u2019apporter de la stabilit\u00e9 :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>110 escales de porte-conteneurs en 2025<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>74 594 EVP (TEUs) trait\u00e9s, dont 42 870 conteneurs pleins<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Une progression de +1,5 % des conteneurs pleins<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Ces r\u00e9sultats confirment le r\u00f4le strat\u00e9gique du conteneur dans le fonctionnement \u00e9conomique du territoire, qu\u2019il s\u2019agisse de biens de consommation ou d\u2019approvisionnements industriels.<\/p>\n\n<p>M\u00eame dans un contexte de desserte maritime irr\u00e9guli\u00e8re, le segment conteneuris\u00e9 agit comme un facteur d\u2019amortissement face aux fluctuations des autres types de trafic.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Un syst\u00e8me logistique expos\u00e9 \u00e0 des contraintes externes<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Au-del\u00e0 des volumes, le rapport met en \u00e9vidence une contrainte structurelle majeure : l\u2019irr\u00e9gularit\u00e9 des services hebdomadaires de transport conteneuris\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n<p>Cette situation refl\u00e8te la d\u00e9pendance du port vis-\u00e0-vis des r\u00e9seaux maritimes internationaux, o\u00f9 la fr\u00e9quence, la fiabilit\u00e9 et les capacit\u00e9s sont largement d\u00e9termin\u00e9es par les armateurs. Pour un territoire comme la Guyane, cela engendre des contraintes op\u00e9rationnelles qui d\u00e9passent la seule question des volumes trait\u00e9s. <\/p>\n\n<p>Dans ce contexte, la performance ne se mesure pas uniquement en tonnage, mais aussi en qualit\u00e9 de connectivit\u00e9 et en r\u00e9gularit\u00e9 des services.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Une plateforme r\u00e9siliente confront\u00e9e \u00e0 des d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibres structurels<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Dans l\u2019ensemble, les donn\u00e9es de 2025 confirment la robustesse du Grand Port Maritime de Guyane.
